Where is the villa?
At Kite Beach in Cabarete, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, downtown Cabarete about 5 minutes by car and Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) around 20 minutes away.
How many people can it host?
Up to eight guests, in three bedrooms with four king beds and two bathrooms. More with children on request, depending on possible arrangements.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask: we do our best depending on bookings.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
What are the rates?
CA$400 per night, CA$1,500 per week (excluding spring break and the holiday season) and CA$5,000 per month. The total price and terms are confirmed for your dates.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a CA$1,000 security deposit is paid with the balance. It is refunded within 7 days of your departure, after the villa has been checked.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your dates and send your request by WhatsApp or email: we confirm availability and the total price, usually the same day. A 30% deposit holds your dates. Payment by Interac e-Transfer, PayPal or in Dominican pesos.
What is the cancellation policy?
For a direct booking: full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the stay price between 30 and 7 days, no refund within 7 days. A booking made on Airbnb follows the Airbnb listing’s terms.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, without exception. Parties are not permitted and we ask for quiet in the evening out of respect for the neighbours. All guests must be declared when booking.
Is the villa a good fit for kitesurfers?
Yes. Kite Beach, one of the best-known kitesurfing spots in the Caribbean, is about a 3-minute walk away. Schools and gear rentals are right on the beach.
